Star collaboration services support charity’s strategic objective of “Putting Families First”
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – 9 NOVEMBER 2010 – Star, a provider of on-demand computing and communication services to UK businesses, today announced that Contact a Family, a leading UK charity supporting families with disabled children, has chosen Star to support them with secure, scalable and robust IT services. The partnership is a key component to assist the charity to realise their strategic objectives.
Contact a Family will benefit from hosted services delivered from Star’s UK data centres that sit within a national network and communications capability. As the charity has a head office in London and 13 regional sites, these new services will provide increased levels of operational efficiency, business continuity, resilience and agility.
